Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Switzerland.

For international orders, applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where your order is shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, applicable duties and taxes are included in the amount paid at checkout, so you should not receive an additional bill for these charges upon delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders are shipped with DHL Express or Swiss Post (Die Post), depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Switzerland: 2–3 business days
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• Other countries: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, where available, so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged Deliveries

We carefully check our products before shipping to ensure they leave us in perfect condition.

If your package or products arrive damaged, please report any visible damage to the carrier upon delivery where possible and contact us as soon as possible at info@pinkheavenlingerie.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged package and/or product so we can assist you.
