This website is operated by Pink Heaven Lingerie. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pink Heaven Lingerie. Pink Heaven Lingerie offers this website, including all products available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following General Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.



The presentation of the products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. Adding products to “Wishlist” is not considered a binding order. Adding your favorite products to the “Shopping Cart” is not considered a binding order. By clicking on the "BUY" Button at the end of the checkout process you are placing a legally binding order over the items being listed in your shopping cart. You will receive an automated email with your order confirmation, the invoice and a link to the DHL track and trace.

Conclusion of contract when paying via Credit or Debit Card

When placing an order in our online shop, you will need to add your credit or debit card information in the last step of the checkout process and to finalize your order by clicking the "BUY" button. Your credit card or debit card will be charged at this moment, following the payment process with our providers.

The binding contract is concluded when we have received the purchase price (including eventual shipping costs).



The products are available to buy exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee, however, that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.



All prices in our online shop include VAT. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Vouchers/Promo codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Only one Voucher/Promo code can be used per order.


Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. To view our Privacy Policy you simply can click on the link on our website.



We offer free shipping within Switzerland and the EU for orders over 100 CHF. Outside Switzerland and the EU, shipping costs will be specified in your order and charged to you.

Delivery will be done by DHL Express and the estimated time will be indicated in the order of our online shop. Any delivery times mentioned on our website are estimates only for which we can not be responsible. You will receive an automated email with your order confirmation with a link to the DHL tracking information of your shipment.
All our products are being checked for damages and sent to you in perfect condition. Any transport damages (e.g. damaged packaging) must be immediately informed to DHL upon delivery; otherwise the customer accepts full responsibility for any damage to the packaging or to the goods.



For all products purchased in our online shop, we grant you a right of return. Please complete the “Return of Goods Form” in our site and send us back the goods by post within 14 days after receiving the package. You can find this form here.

Please return all products in their original manufacturers packaging and the Pink Heaven Lingerie shipping box. The cost of the return must be borne by the customer. All returns must be sent to the following address: 

Pink Heaven Lingerie, D. Cranshof, In der Rütti 7A, 4105 Biel-Benken, Switzerland.

The original manufacturers hang tag is an essential valuable component of all products that may not be removed if you want to return. All items must be returned in a perfect condition and must not show any signs of damage, deterioration, or staining. The products with a broken hygiene seal can not be returned.

For items that are not in perfect condition (with intact hygiene seal and the original manufacturers hang tag), we reserve the right to decline a return. To avoid that, we kindly ask all our customers to handle our goods with care, to wear underwear when trying on bottoms of any kind and to not make use of our products beyond a simple try on if you intend to return them.


If the returned goods meet the above requirements, we will refund the corresponding amount within 10 days as a store credit and send you a Refund Note confirmation via email. Please note that we do not do cash. 


The warranty is made in accordance with the statutory provisions. In case of a proven incorrect delivery (wrong product, size, or color), we will cover the costs for the return of the goods.

We exclude our liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty as these do not concern essential contractual obligations, for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or for guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act.

In no case shall Pink Heaven Lingerie be liable for any further claims for direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss other than replacing the goods or giving credit to the value of the goods.



This contract is subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, "Pink Heaven Lingerie" reserves the right to take court action.

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the remaining provisions of this contract shall remain in effect. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions apply. Swiss law is applicable exclusively.
