We hope you love your Pink Heaven purchase. If something isn't quite right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To request a return, please email info@pinkheavenlingerie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

We will reply with the return instructions.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and the hygiene seal intact, where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, items with a removed or broken hygiene seal cannot be returned or exchanged. When trying on lingerie bottoms or other intimate items, please always wear your own underwear.

We reserve the right to decline a return if an item shows signs of wear, damage, staining, washing, or alteration, or if the original tags or applicable hygiene seal have been removed.

Exchanges & Gift Vouchers

For eligible returns, you can choose between:

• an exchange for another product, subject to availability; or
• a Pink Heaven gift voucher for the value of the returned item.

We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you by email. Gift vouchers will normally be issued within 10 days after the return has been approved.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@pinkheavenlingerie.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
